Usage
abscorcalc(object, method = c("spearman", "pearson"), abs = TRUE)
Arguments

data frame
- method
method for correlation
- abs
absolute correlation if `TRUE`
Value
data frame with design columns, `trait` names and `value` of absolute correlations
